The Operations Associate is a position within the Production team. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this team member will be a utility player with an attitude of helpfulness that supports the operations of our production. The successful candidate will be a self-starter that is organized, flexible, and possesses communication skills with a willingness to collaborate amongst the team.


What you’ll do:

Support the manufacturing floor (production) by performing operations such as:

  • Making local customer and outside processor deliveries with a friendly attitude, driving parts to and from customers and suppliers with the company van when necessary.
  • Carrying out maintenance duties of the facility and production floor.
  • Light assembly work, part marking, packaging, deburring, honing, polishing and washing parts.
  • Helping out wherever is needed; we all wear many hats and you’ll need to be flexible & willing to help. No task is too big or too small (that goes for management, owners, and all our staff). We’re all willing to chip in to help each other.


What you’ll bring:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Attitude of helpfulness and support.
  • Self-starter mentality – the ability to work in a timely manner with limited supervision.
  • Ability to collaborate and contribute as a member of a team.
  • Flexibility – each day is different from the next and that keeps things interesting. 
  • Good people skills.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness with confidential information. We ensure transparency and honesty are at the core of every interaction.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, or hold a valid work visa that does not require sponsorship in order to legally work full-time in the United States.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and able to work 7:00am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday. Opportunities may exist for overtime work, but are not required.
